Vtol + thruster is pretty cheap. Then you are no longer depending on anyone else to travel between planets. It's kinda slow though....
I think u will see the stage 4 missions get better. Any attribute mission is at risk of getting less good.

That would only really make sense if there were personal loot pools and MA have ruled out the existance of those.
Just to be clear, the weapons are hunting loot that hasnt dropped (as far as we know). You don't get them from mining.
