have you considered the tt armor from arkadia, it's pretty decent for a low level armor and it looks a lot better then pixie (at least i think so :))

To my knowledge the fee is 20 peds for the normandie, so it's less the half the price. And 100 ped for a VIP flight so on average it's about 40%...
