In light of new information treasure hunting is unlikely to work like this. Lee posted on another thread David said underground is at 8 coins....
It's probably related to the needs of the economy. I would imagine a huge quantitity of Output Amplifiers is needed to sustain the enhancer...

it was some players who requested Arkadia to nerf the spawn. Which is what they appear to have done. So unlikely to be MA's fault on this issue.
Too many failed here as well making hunting a real pain... On top of that the spawn i'm hunting at is virtually non-existent now. Thanks to some...

It's likely arkadia underground and treasures are related. I would guess when mining for treasures if you successfully find one you get an option...
