What is Going on with the apartment and shops at firebaes?

I have heard a few things about these estates, but then recently I noticed that some are named shops and some apartments. Any insight on a release? Or is this something we can earn by doing our IFN missions?

 

I would love to hear too Not that I will ever afford one, but just out of curiosity.

 

It's been brought up before but no word from the a-team yet, maybe we will find out more in the VU. I've had a theory for awhile that they may be granted to the first ones to reach a high IFN rank, but I hope that's not the case,

 

My theory is that they are not granted, but became available to buy for those.

But, of course, just personal theory.

this is my theory as well, and a driving factor as to why I always ensure I do my daily IFN mission at all costs

 

I would love one too. But alas, the funds are not near initial buy price yet.

 

Also from memory a while ago it was mentioned that firebase acadamy's might disappear and be replaced with firebase appartments or the new style firebases.

I know there are A LOT of people wanting apartments with the recent celest ones going for 1500 Peds + and yes some of the firebase are shops and others appartments there is Also Sanc Cove upper level to yet get released and so fingers crossed more of these come on to the common market place .

It seams a bit unfair that Arkadia has to meet criteria to get more released when moons and asteriods can be purchased with a silly amounts of appartments already available to sell on the market places ( personal oppinion ) but I am also under the impression the Firebase shops and appartment has a bug that when you walk in you get stuck and so the A-Team will also be reluctant to release and sell these if there is any form of bug / getting stuck / issues and until these are all ironed out we can only save up ped stacks and dream lets also mention Drop Ships ! ! ! that fingers crossed we should start seeing soon .

I am also sure as and when they are ready and happy with them then they will start to come out ! the Devs also get nagged about it ingame a reasonable amount and so they are aware and yes realise we need to be a bit more patient as the A Team works flat out

 

Sally I belive you get stuck because they are set to restricted. If I set my calypso apartment to restricted my friends also get stuck coming in, because they are not allowed in.

I could be wrong of course, but I don't think they are bugged, just restricted

 

I haven't seen this yet, been able to walk into every one I've tried. Typically when a estate is still owned by the broker access is public.

I've gotten stuck in restricted only. Had to teleport (t) away.

 

just wanted to bump my thread, because I and many others really want those apartments and shops!

we got peds, you got housing... lets make a deal ark-team

 

TBF - there has been a lot of requests in recent months/year about adding more apartments to Arkadia, shops a bit less.

In all honesty I believe the A-team is very aware of the fact there are a lot of people out there that want an apartment.

 

BUMP for impatience and a ped card that will pay for it

I know we both had to wait more or less 6 months to get our liakon sets - come on appartments

 

In [#arkadia] chat Lars commented today that they are working on some small bugs on them.
So it seems like a work in progress.
