Hello Everyone! The announcement is finally here! G.A.M.E is officially go! And we've got a lot packed in for you this year! We're teaming up with the Arkadia Team and Deus Vult to bring you a new, exciting experience this year in September 2026! The event The event will consist of three days' worth of Streaming and Competitions with the players present at the event. The specifics of the event are as follows: Event time and date: 26th – 28th September 2026, 12pm-9pm for all 3 days Location – Magic Mayhem Hobbies- 49 - 51 St Leonards Rd, Bexhill-on-Sea TN40 1JA. The owners of the store were amazing hosts and enjoyed every second of it for the last three years. They were very enthusiastic about when the next event was going to occur. The owner, Simon looks forward to seeing everyone who attends this year! Accommodation Accommodation will NOT be provided to people who attend the event. However, there are many hotels and Bed and Breakfasts around the immediate area. Checking availability in early September show that there are plenty of spaces left in many of the hotels around the area. Suggestion: Dunselma Guest House 25 Marina, Bexhill-on-Sea TN40 1BP. People have been staying here for the last three years and everyone has always said wonderful things about the owner! The prices were deemed very fair for the time of year. It was within walking distance to the event. I would recommend members conversing with each other to share rooms to help keep costs as low as possible. Many of the suggested areas have rooms with large double beds or two single beds in a room. Airport pickups Airport Pickups are available from most London airports. This includes: Gatwick, Heathrow, Luton, Stansted. There will be a small additional charge of £25 per person to get them to and from the airport. Admission Admission to join the event is £75pp. This covers the members getting into the building as well as entering into any events that happen during the three days. In addition, one free meal and one free drink will be provided to everyone for the first two days. Event Days breakdown PLEASE NOTE THIS IS UK TIME ZONES. THESE WILL CHANGE TO MA TIME LATER IN THE MONTHS! 26th September– This day will have myself streaming and hosting. Schedule: 12pm – 1.30pm: This will be when the players turn up and get more acquainted with one another if they haven’t already met beforehand. This also allows players to set up their devices and get comfortable before the events start. 2pm-3pm: This is where Scheduled warps will occur from each planet. We will be able to utalise the SF6, SF28 and SF31. 3pm-6pm: This will be a 3 hour Dev spawned sweater event. This will be hosted by Matisyahu dllr root as part of the normal monthly Arkadia SSI. This will be located at Celeste Quarry. 6pm – 9pm : This will be the final event of the day. A Dev spawn event. The location will be determined in the next few months. Stream ends here. 9:30pm- Leave the shop of the night. 27th September – During this day, Miss Watson will be streaming the entire day again. In Arkadia Underground Schedule: 1pm – 4pm: This will be a Dev spawn sweat event where giveaways will occur both in game and on stream. 4:30pm – 5:30pm: Matisyahu dllr root will host a race event on Arkadia with prizes to be won. The amount of races are to be determined by root in the next few months. 6pm – 9pm: The second Dev spawn of the event. Dev to spawn Smuggler underground wave event a few times or physically summon them themselves. 28th September – This day will be a quiet day compared to the others. There will be no public stream or event. This day is to let the group focus on making teams to help complete the achievement hunter goals to gain extra ped during the event. What's new? Different time for the event- Like last year, we are still trying to find the best time for the event to occur. September seemed to be a slightly better time due to flight costs and work arrangements. So we have decided to have it again at the end of the month. Achievement hunter event- The achievement hunter event last few years was a huge success and we have decided to make that a staple of G.A.M.E for the foreseeable future. This year the achievements will be based on a number of different mobs, and if one person gets the achievement, everyone does. It has been done this way to encourage teaming and cooperation to get the achievements met. Timing and advertising- It was noted that the release of the event times for the days was a little late. To combat this, we have decided to add a rough schedule of time included in this post. Warps – Last year we had a much better turn out for the warps and we have decided to add a set time months before the event, giving people plenty of time to plan for G.A.M.E Achivement hunter break down. This is the current proposal for achievement hunter! Each player is awarded a certain amount of PED depending on the achievement met. Puny mobs - Carabok global – 10 ped - Gallard global - 10 ped - Manomura Female - 10 ped - Manomura Male – 10 ped - Droma – 10 ped - Arkadia Hornet – 10 ped Large mobs ( More to be added in the coming months) - Smuggler HOF – 50 ped - Smuggler HOF over 5000 PED – 50 Ped ( Note this is an UNLIMITED achievement. This can be handed out multiple times.) - Badger dropping a nanite (Note: The person must show screen of looting the nanite at the event) – 50 ped - Wombana Nanite drop (Note: The person must show screen of looting the nanite at the event) – 50 ped Land Area Mobs This is still under discussion!
