The Oratan mine at [11090, 11584, 158] no longer spawns any Miners, has been this way around a week or maybe more, was hoping it would be fixed in the patch, but no it is still devoid of mobs. The trigger sequence when you enter the mine, the little explosion, works as normal, just nothing appears. Guess I'll have to go to the underground to finish the mission.
