The maturities in XII should be all Slashers below Menace then, and Oratan in XIV/XV are likely divided at the same point. If not, someone will talk eventually

 

Here is some info on the payback missions, the reward data is incomplete. I did not pay attention to the Anubis terminal as I progressed so I don't know what weapons unlocked at each stage.

so, as you go up in rank in ifn do the clothes available for the exchange of carabok skins change?... i.e. should I buy a bunch of the clothes to have extras for manniquins, shopkeepers, etc. BEFORE I go up in rank since that rank's clothes won't be available after the upgrade in rank? (bought 2 of each set available for now, but if you can buy em on each rank and they look different, may try that...)

 

You can buy and upgrade any of the 3 sets at any time.
Ofc this is per rank.

 

Only the rank changes that I have seen. If you think anyone will notice that you can buy all three variants per rank and eventually outfit a whole platoon of shopkeepers and mannequins.

 

Villains were evade reward and Fiends dodge i belive? Or other way arround.... can't remember now. Thanks for detailed info, General!

I did not realize there were IFN uniforms beyond the one you get from the start. Then today I saw someone with the IFN Corporal Jungle (M) uniform, and I wondered how I got mine. So I started going around to all the Firebases talking to npc's, until I found one marked IFN Clothing (I believe). Talked to that npc and they asked me if I wanted Arctic, Desert, or Jungle. So I went with Desert...

I was also wondering, is there a way to find out which Firebase you were assigned to originally? I do not remember mine.

You do know you can get all 3 uniforms, right? Remaining two sets will ask for 15 carabok hides each, if memory serves.
