well it works for me.. run to the cart then run outside following the tracks until they spawn.. only sometimes lag doesnt spawn them right away.....

ye could be that after a hof has disappeared from list theres still a small timer before it accepts any loot or maybe just server lag that it...
but sometimes it still requires bigger than the lowest to fill those places.. coz ive seen hof list missing nearly 10 hofs and ppl globalling all...
well i just ended week ago a little over 1 month grind of average 1.5k cycled a day i think i got to rank 5 or 6 in arkadia globals amount there...

how is it bugged? i think kiana ear is bugged coz it drops significantly more than other parts.
