What's your most memorable gaming moment....

One of my favorite memories is in Ultima 7, crafting the black rock sword. One of my first RPG experiences, you start the game learning about a mystical/magical metal called black rock, and lit culminates in you crafting the ingredients in a blacksmith shop. You have to forge it with a stone possessed by a demon, who tells you that you are now master and slave of the black rock sword. You can then use it to insta-kill some enemies, and at times the sword would kill who it chose.

Now that I type it out I feel I am not giving it justice, but that was bad ass, putting all of those pieces together and going through the smithing process, anticipating getting such a godlike weapon.

 

One of the first games I played fanatically (yet my mom was still better at it than me)

*edit* I grew up with the film and still watch it at least once a year.
