Autch, that's pretty damn fucked-up!
I know in the past people have had a direct call with MindArk -thus a much better and faster response then Support with their "All trades are final. Nothing suspicious to see in our logs." A search on PCF might well get their telephone number.

Arkadia is fun. I usually visit here regularly anyway. Just wish it would have been by choice lol. I have tried to find a phone number for PCF but seems none for support.

 

Btw Jenny I just noticed the delete on my post yesterday. Sorry for the violation there. But the 2nd part of the post on the medical partition from Neil, no I didnt own that.

 

Well day 4 more of my stuff is listed by the theif avatat in arkadia AH. 2 of my phil swords are up for sale and still no word from mindark. The forum rules prevent me from warning you guys who this player is so i will not say here. by the way my facebook page is my avatars name.

I can see their standpoint for the daughter's bf having the tech to crack your password and grab the gold key, but let us know if the police actually respond to queries of this nature. I know from experience that in the UK if you report an offence under the Misuse of Computers act you need to prove the intrusion (firewall compromisation - most need the Anti-virus provider to confirm this - ditch AVG lol you wont want to buy something reporting a crime), check your financials then call a helpdesk number and they'll investigate.
