Warning: Arkadia TT blades decay on corpses!!!

    hi,
    The arkadia tt melee weapons are bugged. When you swing them at corpses they continue to get decayed. To recreate it try any of the tt weapons on Oro. I don´t know if it works on other creatures too. I also don´t know if it works with other melee weapons. I think the devs should definitly look into this unless it is a new "feature" or happy accident introduced by MindArk.
    However for the colonists be warned to stop your blades once the creature is dead like you would with a gun. I prolly lost a few ped with this so try to avoid it yourself at least. :rolleyes:

    I think it's the same with all melee weapons, swinging at dead mob decays it.

    Ah k that could be. However that wasn't the case before Arkadia VU right?

    hmm well if that is true I probably wasted some more ped in those 2 years and someone can close this thread. ;)

    Yes, this is the case for at least 2 years, probably longer.

    I can't remember that MA ever did try to fix this.

    You can swing it in the air with no decay but if you "overkill" a dead corpse it will continue to to decay as if it was alive. Been a while like that. Was a while before I realized it myself :)

    I realized that fast thanks to the fact that my L Axe gained tier while I was swinging at dead creature at nea's few months ago.

    Perhaps its not a bug at all, after all if you whack something like a dead creature irl its gonna do some impact on the tool right?

    thats why when a mob is dead i right click frantically on it because if it's not dead you will shoot/swing if it's dead you'll loot it and not waste ammo.

    Thought everyone knew to do that.
