heya ppl, I just got a new computer, but for some reason I get error crash report message every time I launch the client loader or when I log off from EU. Therefor my video settings reset every time. Any solution to this? Could I manually edit a config file or something with the appropriate settings I need, so it would save it?
I haven't managed to get rid of the error messages at start and close (and I tried), but it doesn't reset my video settings. View attachment 9538 Have you tried to make separate settings for EU on the graphics card itself? E.g. on the Nvidia Control Panel in the 3D tab. Perhaps that would prevent resetting?
Go to \Entropia Universe\public_users_data What you seek is there. To prevent EU from resetting your settings you can right click the settings-ce.cfg go properties, and make sure that "Read only" is ticked. Hope this helps you.
