   This is precisely my point. Say Player A has parts with TIRs around 23,67,67,34,47,127,45,78,45,23. His armour part will take forever to tier up and he can't trade it for a better higher tiered piece. Yet player B has awesome TIRs and has a Tier 3 set in no time. Did I hear that you can TT it after the next VU?
