ok this probably a dumb question, but...how can you sell skills?

 

Ok..I just read about it using the payn-inc brain implant chip.
Basically you first dissect someone else's brain, remove that...then
dissect someone else's brain....suck out brain A and mush into brain B....got it.

 

In between there you need an ESI ( empty skill implant) , but I like your description!!

 

is there an unlimited lich armor set? or are all the lich sets (L)
