I think this is not Arkadia-specific, I had those happening on Calypso For me it was revive, arriving from tp chip hop and wormhole animations happening randomly when jumping out of the water Try it out: autoswim and then keep the jump button pressed .... ~~~~>> Enjoy
I didn't have that kind of bugs on Calypso, yes you can sometimes jump out of the water higher than normal, but this one is somewhat different Sometimes you start running in the middle of the water and the camera starts to jump around, I think it's Arkadia specific
