new update (super requested by our users): DETACH ALL option
make it simple:

whatever you use our inventory calculator or compare analysis you normally have many items attached like those ones (red bar)



now after the analysis you can select the "Detach All" option and all the items will be re analyzed and the correct location will be show (red bar and arrow)



this option will be very useful to locate each single item in the universe and to calculate each hunting, mining or whatever ingame run at a new precision level.
(moreover if we well know MA, how they copied entropiabay introducing the search option in the in game auction, probably in the future they will copy this too, and it will be a good news for all) ​

You will found a improved tree version, all detached by default, but also some minor bugs fix.

we upgraded our AuctionData with a better statistical analysis. Since now when people over bid (to transfer money or by mistake), the MV generated by auctiondata will no more suffer of huge variations like happen in game.

Sorry for the necro post... just to say that this website no longer exists. It's a shame, I used the inventory calculator all the time and I don't know of any alternatives.

 

Inventory calculator would be pretty simple to implement. Problem is that there's no reliable source for auction price data

 

Personally I'm not interested in MU data (even on the old one the data wasn't correct most of the time)...

I would use it for sorting my items by category, ores, materials, bps, etc and quickly see what's on which planet.

I saw today that the site owner has put entropriabay (home of the inventory calculator) up for sale:

Perhaps someone is interested in reviving it? I used to use the inventory tools a lot and despite the problems in accurately extracting data from EU auctions (MA should really supply an api) the site gave us some sort of planet based MU history which is something many of us have been asking for since the implementation of space.

When the site was last operating it was infected by malware so there would clearly be some cleaning up to do.

 

Well MU from expiring auctions is always off sometimes big time. So without API and access to auction data per individual transaction we are a bit screwed here.

As for inventory tracking I can try to make one small standalone app. There will be issues with it too because MA doesn't give us unique serial numbers for items in the list. This makes difficult tracking multiple same type items like weapons, faps. We can only, as Neil said, track location and overall amounts of stuff and tt value of different types.

Should I stick to auction groups or other type of categories?

 

How do you leverage Entropia's Auction Prices? I'd like to add it to my excel spreadsheet.

 

I dont miss MU thats more often then not accurate. I do however miss to be able to c what stacks on what planet are ready to go onto AU when mining espes I have sooooo many stacks to klick trough to get a clue. With IC I could do this in a few seks.

Yes EntropiaBay is sadly no longer live.

He tried to sell the website at one point,not sure what happened with that but my AV wont let me go to that site now.
