But i say congratz to the winners and hope that you guys will have lots of fun.

 

Ok. The results have been sorted. The winners are selected.

This was no small job I asked a number of people to take on the hassle of judging. In the end I managed to nag and beg complete results from 5, with some good help from Wildman near the end. To ALL I bothered with this task, I appreciate, and I know it's a inconvenience.

The Judges are:

What they did: All images in each category was given a value from 1 to 10 (10 being the best). After I got the results, I added it up and "voila" we have our winners.

The Judges worked independently, exept in the 2 cases where 2 Judges worked in team. So effectively 7 people came out having given a score to all.

I can say that, as before, there where some that stood out - this time one in particular. You will see when we have the ceremony starting at midnight MA time.

I'm a bit stressed out right now, will type some more here shortly!

I can FINALLY say something in this thread been looking at it for weeks lol.

What I will say is my show starts in 30 minutes or 12:00 MA time, The announcement will be at Quarry at 02:00 MA time but we will party and give a few side prizes out before the announcement. Mr. Dobson is still having his breakfast give him a few to wake up

The 100ped for each painting Della commissioned I hope one of them at least placed in the event. Only she knows the 2 pictures selected she didn't tell me about her doing that till after the fact so I don't even know who's name she will call out.

Now. As told live on the Arkadiaradio show, it was soo close. The first places where clear, but the seconds came close and the thirds even closer. All so close, I decided at the end that EVERYONE should walk away with something.

Therefore, ALL participants who did NOT win a Prize will each recieve 1 Arkadia Underground Land Deed! I bought some, so I split and distribute

I will post when each Winner has recieved his/her Prize, as well as a list of the rest - ticking off names as they get their deed.

It was a great event, with a lot of fantastic screenshots of Arkadia.

It would be really nice to see the screens that won, since there were multiple entries from many of the winners.
(Also curious to see which ones are commissioned to be painted.)
If you don't have the time to post them, perhaps you could pass on the list, and someone (I'm volunteering) can re-post the images in order?

Well, I have to say the entries were very good. I have chosen two of them to be made into paintings. While judging this competition I found myself saying "OMG that would make a really pretty painting" so as a ty to the players that took the screenshots. I am giving them each 100 ped. I will post pics of the RL paintings when complete. I will also give the artist info to anyone who would like it for future paintings.

Hi all!

My hangover from Friday lasted untill Sunday... so my apologies for not being around the rest of the weekend for handing out Prizes.

Please help me out now All of you who have something coming, when you get ingame use the Player Registry and check if I am online! If so, call!

Regarding the 1. Prizes, I believe Arkadia Studios will try to "spawn" them directly into the winner's Inventories - and if they succeed with that, I'l get noticed so I can update the post on Winners.
