Yeah, its one TP and the island is split into about 9 different areas with different mob levels, and good globalling!
It is already privately owned, by one of two major investors in Arkadia, something it seems lots of folks don't understand. I'm curious about when the taxes will get turned on both on that island and 8coins, far as I've seen so far they are all still set at 0 except for shopping tax. quote from Dave: "I just want to clarify the state of land ownership at launch.
