Guess everyone here already played or seen someone play some Metal Gear game. But what about the very first one?

And my favorite franchise of all time

Doom, of course! And Quake and Hexen, but mostly all versions of Doom. Adventure games Death Gate (enjoyed the books, too), Lost Eden and 2D shooter with awesome music Future Dimension. There was a time before that... with a pretty long-lived C64 and a pretty short-lived Amiga. Memorable times spent with Matrix, Attack of the Mutant Camels, Revenge of the Mutant Camels, Fort Apocalypse, Survivor, Frantic Freddie, Burnin Rubber (note the soundtrack), Uridium, Zaxxon, The Pawn , Shadow of the Beast, Stadt der Löwen ('City of the Lions', german adventure game about Singapore) and, probably the most important ancestor of Entropia, EVE and the like: Elite. Ah yes, there was some strip poker, also (hey remember, we had no internet...) but Larry I found rather boring.

I used to be an avid Whizball player on my Commodore 64! Sometime in the mid eighties! I will find a screenshot.

Well, since I'm a Mac user I'd have to break the pattern and say SimCity 2000. I loved it even though I never really understood all of the mechanics. Currently looking for SimCity 4.

...and then there's this... Pac Man, the original.
