Q: How to fix "Only estate managers can create ads." for a sign in my shop?

Hi.

I have been trying to create some signs in my new shop but fails. I get the message "Only estate managers can create ads." when pushing the create button. Does anyone knows what I'm doing wrong?

My procedure:

1) Put a "Reon-S Screen (PC)" on the wall inside my shop
2) Click edit, add my text (no personal content, just text)
3) Click create, and get the message "Only estate managers can create ads."

I have claimed my shop, I have been able to put in furniture and all my merchandise, set price on it and so forth, so everything else seem to work.

I have tried it outside as well, in the display area, same result.

I have not tried to upload any personal content.

The ad will apparently cost me 10 ped and the screen has a value of 12 ped (out of 200), so that should be enough I think.

I also got the same issue in my apartment.

All ideas of interest at this point.
