There are player quotas that must be met before booths can be released. Why not make an offer with the current owners
How do booths/ shops work? You own the deed similar to other property, but can list stuff for sale at a price? Is there any rent? Is there a sales tax?
You get a shop deed. Things you place in your shop can have a sale price which you can choose at your will. Items with a sale price can be sold, items without one not. There is no fee for owning a shop. But there is a shoping tax which is at max 2.5% of the items sale price. The higher the price the higher the tax - but max 2.5%
