Potentially selling premium Arkadian apartment

Having an estate of my own was a dream ever since I joined EU (actually, to be honest, I think the way I found it was googling for "MMO with a robust housing system"), but I kinda let myself carried away of it, to the point where, despite having no gear and no money, I spent all my sweating and deposited money to buying not one, but two premium Arkadian apartments for the simple reason I couldn't set myself to just one of them. Yet, now, in a brief moment of sanity, I realize that this was not the wisest thing to do so I am potentially selling one of them (not both though).

Apartment one: Sanctuary Cove 8, 2nd floor (top floor, so including the roof which comes with 50 extra item points on top of the default 120).

Apartment two: Valiant Firebase Barrack 12 (single apartment estate, with yard entrance, 130 item points total - 115 indoors, 5 display, 10 additional)

Price: Including the loses I had to eat for buying the apartments (paid interest on loans I took for them, selling certain items at a loss, etc) I paid about 2,500 PED for each of the apartments, and I will definitely not sell for lower than that. If you're interested and willing to make a higher offer, feel free to send me a PM and we'll see if we can come to an agreement.

Extra info: With all my debt being cleared now and my PED card balance slowly raising with every sweat bottle I gather and sell, I am under no pressure to sell any of the apartments and, to be honest, I somehow hope I won't get any offer I'll be happy with, so I'll get to keep them both - lol. So please respect forum rules and only post here if you have legit question or you want to make an offer above the mentioned levels; please refrain from comments, price estimations or anything else like this. Later edit: Considering the new circumstances (taking a break on a undefined period from the game), managing to sell one of the estates and cashing out the money would be really nice; I still value any of the apartments at over 2,500 PEDs (based on what I paid for them and what other prices I saw similar apartments being traded for), but if I won't get any such offer, I might accept and lower (although obviously not much lower) offers. So if you have any proposal, feel free to contact me; you never know if I won't accept it
