The hunt for Hadrada Skull Plate!

it was in the middle of the "Oratan Easter Bash Weekend" ... after I lost a lot of peds shooting on those oratans (as I missed all bigest hofs ... was dead, or ctd, or buying ammo ... just a bad luck in all his glory ... so ... I got ammo with all my peds left and went to hunt hadrada for that skull plate and got some realy nice globals:


(the last 2 were one after another ... first time happen to me

so in the end I didn't found the hadrada skull plate, but manage to get back some of the peds lost on this oratans

I was doing my prospector thief grind when suddenly this baby dinged, a Melee Trauma Amp I. This is the best loot I have ever gotten from a prospector, my first ever melee amp, and as I'm primarily a melee user it will be going to good use.

So After a Very long and tiresome hunt to track down some liakon armour I have now managed to get hold of a set - I have wanted this armour for what seams like forever and am glad I am a girl is all I can say ! so I decided that i should start testing this armour out and having a little bit of fun.

RL I have recently been made redundant and so currently between looking for jobs have some spare time on my hands and so having great fun blasting around for probably far to many hours on planet arkadia - So I have looked at the IFN Missions and decided that its time to go after some Scoria - now these are pretty high level mobs but eventually I want to be able to use the pouch so that I can revive people and unlock ethersoal language.

Having already become a kadra VIP Its limited on the IFN Reward on Missions that reward this as an implant - and feeling a bit crazy at the moment - no more than usual but a bit crazy ! its time to hammer some

We got discoveries,HoF's,dream runs,first time loots,back to back globals and all!!

This is gonna be a hard fought month I think.

Sally you've almost convinced me to buy Liakon.(assuming I have the patience to build a set which by all reports can take a while.)

P.S. Sally is there any chance you can just delete the content of your original post just to save any potential confusion?

 

So far both of us that have been looking for sets have managed to get them from pcf and there sales threads - Last Liakon drop was also still in December and so people cant be planet side tresure mining - or its not dropping ;(

It is however a really wicked armour and you really notice the difference between Viceroy & Liakon

Yes an absolutly amazing run on them - runs on them and able to cycle peds - its not going to be a cheep mission to compleate and expecting it to take a fair while as well

 

I also looted one of those off the Prospectors today that I was gonna TT so if you want it to use let me know

I almost bought Viking years ago but decided against it as it was not much good for anything but cold however the liakon is much more versatile(and looks so much better than Viking :biggrin2: )

Might have to off load the Phantom and some other scraps and start on a set......
