i replyd to u twice and was wondering why i didnt hear anything from u.. im not sure if im doing something wrong in the replys but i think this has happened before also.. but i can see the messages in my "Sent Items" section where i think is all the msgs ive sent
could be.. i was wondering if it was because i sent from my phone but then i remembered i sent the other reply via computer so that cant be the case.. ye probly better use ingame chat next time :F and yea the 2 urns got sold but the plant is there still
No thanks, not yet, my first target was urns, plant was planned only for collection. I subscribed on thread, will write here about my wishes, if you add more Urns, as i understood, PM on forum is not work.
not sure why you chaps are having issues but I've not had any reports of PMs not working and they seem to work fine for me when I use them. Maybe give it another try and take screenies etc as you do stuff and send them to me so I can look into it?
Yep that's as it should appear on the left Ruskea. Andy, try clicking that button you highlighted and it should take you to the advanced editor for PM's instead of using the quick reply. Let me know if you get the same issue still.
I assume that problem is on my side. Since december i'm not recieve any PM message here My Inbox folder is empty. Snape, please send me a message for a test (and you may delete this message after my answer )
Done, though as an Admin mine get through regardless of your settings......Speaking of which, check to see what your settings are under the Private Messages section of General Settings. If the option is set to Contacts and Moderators, change it to all as otherwise only people on your forum friends list will be able to contact you. I'm going to shift the posts regarding PM problems from this thread to another thread in the About Arkadia Forums section so as to keep it unpolluted as possible for Ruskea. I'll then delete them from here once I see you have posted in the new thread. (This is now done) Have a look at this screenie to see what I'm talking about. If you want only a limited number of people (besides the forums staff) to be able to message you, you will need to add Ruskea to your friends list........that is of course, if this is the problem in the first place. Well now, I went into the Admin panel and discovered that you apparently have an identical twin! Another member with all the same details barring the User ID, yours (248 posts) being xxx39 and the clone (0 posts) being xxx40. I've NEVER seen that happen in all the years I've been using VB boards! The odd thing is that the system "normally" disallows creation of an account with the same name or email address as another member....but in rare cases, a mistaken doubleclick when creating the account, can result in this happening (according to VB). So, I have deleted the clone and have tried sending you another test PM. Hopefully this will have solved the issue *fingers crossed*
