What can I say more "criminals" transported to the US than ever were to Australia.
Losing the American War of Independence was what gave the British the idea to look for another place to send their "undesirables" to.

On another matter sadly Varyag was destroyed by some of those latter day Australian undesirables - like a bunch of jackals attacking a wounded lion they ambushed her when she was badly damaged in a skilling run. Way to go you Wild Colonial Boys (and Girls)

Personally I would love to be one of those troopers that hunted down such bushranging types & escorted them to their well deserved meeting with the hangman \o/

Just for the record, while I have some ancestors who were given an all expenses trip to the colonies (one as a murderer and the other eer something to do with the legal profession I gather) most of my ancestors came to Australia to make their fortune \o/

 

There are some awesome times in this game, but being in a gunners seat or on repair during a pirate attack is one of the best places to be playing. Really. It is freaking LIVE man. Especially when the MS wins.

As for exporting criminals, the male to female ratio was so bad in early New Orleans, that the prostitutes were taken out of jail and shipped here from France! It led to Storyville, the first city with legal prostitution in America, and the Blue Book, a collection of prostitutes registered to do business.

 

Yes Really, probably down to pirates with "issues" or an "axe to grind" and why not? the only time a MS is really vunerable is when it has a high degree of damage from mob attacks.

 

Perhaps they get reputation 'credit' for every kill on board, won't know, never killed a player.
In that case killing a mothership near death would be as easy as shooting fish in a barrel as they certainly are not fast or nimble.

 

Rep vs. skills, I think skills win. They can have the rep! "Hey, Im a BIG ahole!" In fact, I'll help. Murder me, try to steal from me, get on the list! There, lets see how this reputation gain helps. I recently did a repair test on a MS. They have fixed pos issues so it is harder to locate the MS, they cant just put someone on board to send location data. Also, who on repair crew carries, really.

Actually he is rather witty & charming.
I have no doubt he will shoot you down & plunder you without a moments hesitation as he gets his kicks that way.
But he would have a pleasant conversation with you while he does so.
Like all pirates give him a wide berth if you possibly can
Its fun to stir him on chat though

 

I didn't find him too offensive until he made an ass of himself and got himself muted from a chat so I guess that speaks for itself, takes two and all that.

ty granny, they are chat exerpts and reports of pirates. I tried to clarify on post history in OP, that is where it matters. It is all a bit subjective and clear. There is alot of quibbeling and complaints, and its really hard to sort out, and kind of fun. The "list" part of the pirate list is the OP, though. If I need to clarify there, please try and help straighten me out! Reading through, I understand how it can be confusing

 

It's been quite some time since I met any but a cute [Athena Kitty Novaland] killed [San] while approaching the moon just now. No valuables or words were exchanged.

 

Athena Kitty Novaland would be one of the nicest pirates I have so far avoided meeting. We have pleasant & (I think) friendly conversations, but I try to stay as far away from her as possible.
