Tools Not sure if this is a Bug or Feedback...

    While browsing the TT I discovered a discrepancy in the PTech Refiner 1 description. In the Item Description Tab the Availability states it is purely a Manufactured item, without mentioning the TT availability or possibility of looting one.

    Thanks A-Team for making this the biggest in-game issue I have to complain about:cool:
