My latest Korwil hunt started out like any other. I'm avoiding the most agressive and vicious ones of the pack. And with that the globals. I can now solo up to a Provider. (I tried a Guardian, but I barely win that fight.) Because Korwils are so damn agressive and always like to hide and ambush you from behind, I end up with two on me more often than I like. It's not so bad when there's a young involved, but Old-Old or Mature-Provider can be problematic. First I got two nice globals. And then I hit a good sized global. Up to this point I've managed to avoid death by Korwil Paw as good as I could. Might be 1 or 2, but it wasn't much. I was happy with that global, because I tought it would make the run a positive one. Not knowing that I evapored the rest of the loot for the coming 99 kills. But then I went away for a small trade and when I got back I ended up in another spot and that was just a completely different experience. I got ninja'd by two Providers, when I already had a Young and Old on me. Got back and got killed once more. By the time I had all the others around the Young that I started on down, that one got its full life back again. I stayed on later last night then normal, because I was waiting someone to come on to sell my Force Mace Assail to. Otherwise I might have quited then and there. Now I turned away from that Young (even more Korwils spawned near it) and turned to two Olds. I tagged one, and of course its roar made the other run to me as well. So I jumped into my heli and tagged him a second time. Death by crit hit. Oh come on! What's up now all of a sudden? Flew back for what felt like the 10th time in 20 mobs. Killed the first Old. And then the second: WAAH! A big fat HOF! But damnit, just 39 PED short of that embarrising #2 Snablesnot of 2008. So I continued happily with my run. Got killed another time or 2 or 3 lol. The one to trade with come online and I told him "going to kill 4 more Korwils, be right there." And then it must have hitted MA. Oh snap, Ard's HOF should have been more then the Snable, not less. Let's fix that quick because he's about to quite the hunt. WOOT! And even bigger and fatter HOF! A good 200 PED more then the old #2! Thanks MA for TWO very nice HOFs (#37 & #20) in one evening! Without these two I still would have been close to breaking even to be happy. Screw you MA for giving me an Über in pieces! (joking)
Big double Gratz, nice Korwils. and MA I am happy to have HOFs in pieces or whole if you have any to spare
