SC was closed today with auto-reply like '...thank you, we send your report to responsible team...bla-bla-bla'... So i think will be no changes up to big summer VU... That's BAD!
I wonder how you did draw that conclusion just because you did not get an answer on a weekend? They have already done one update since the release the new message system, the will probably do more small improvements.
Ok, seems I need to join the list of unhappy shop owners. Today I discovered my first missing message for a sold item from my shop. (Visual check in shop alerted me and then cross referencing with the ped flow center to confirm it). I have not had this particular problem before for my shop. Although I have had a similar problem with missing and incorrect messages from auction sales. Sent a support case about it which was closed after the last update. No comment on why but I assumed it was solved, now I'm not so certain anymore. /Tancred
Seems to be affecting different people differently. So far I've been lucky, but this really needs to be looked at and fixed ASAP. Even just a proper acknowledgement and/or statement by someone in authority that this is being looked at would be sufficient at this stage.
I'm tired to play a game "Name That Tune" (Guess what was sold) every morning (my RL morning), but there is no response from support, they do not care about us. I also know very good, that the MA support is loathsome, but I would not care about this, if this issue did not take up a significant amount of my time. I think also that here is no hope for fix, I think Shop messaging will not work for a year, or two, or three.
