Looking for apartment

    Hi,

    I think about buying an apartment. Preferable Celeste Island, Celeste North or Sanctuary Cove.

    Could someone help me, whats a reasonable price for an apartement?

    I am selling Celeste Island 3, Level 5 for 1650 Ped.

    Just recently sold Celeste Island 4, Level 5 for the same price.

    Tanks for your offer Bjorn. " Unfortunately" I bought an apartment on saturday, Celeste North 17 Level 1,

    I say unfortunately, because for whatever reason I can not claim this apartment :-\

    I bought this apartment at the auction on calypso, flew back to arkadia and when I claim it ( yes I am at the correct apartment) a window pops up with this message:

    Estate can not be traded due to the following item: NIP (this item can not be traded)
    Estate access is set to: private not invited
    Restricted access: No

    I already contacted support and waiting for help.

    update: support moved the item causing troubles, the apartment is mine now.
