Login Problems

    Hey all,

    I made my account and went to login but I just keep getting the Error about Time out. I waited about 5 mins tried again but the same, Even shutting down the game with the 'Loader' and reload it but same problem. I seen in the 'Chat' that it might have been the Patch that went out over the last few days and if so will it be fixed soon?

    Probably what you suspect but have you tried the repair function you can find under Tools, in the loader?

    Its odd as I have logged into the same planet under an old account, I plan on deleting the old one when I get my new one set up.

    I heard others having trouble with their avatars but their friends can login so ask support to move you to another location could possibly help, if you are at the newbie arrival hangar maybe it would help of they moved you to the Quarry for example and then you can get a ride from there back up to start the mission chain

    Ive not even got on a screen so I can make my Avatar, I dont even have a name yet :s

    I'm sure it's being worked on, but then take some time to read the tutorials section here on the forum and the storyline if you haven't yet so you're prepared for when you get in with your new (and improved?) avatar :)

    Thanks, My old account is not even close to a good one, Just have some ammo and oil I could do with, it would help me out a lot starting the new Account.

    I would love to make this Plant my Home. its a nice place but I dont think Ill get a place though just live in my hoverpod lol

    Hope you are able to get your avatar started soon.

    One detail, that might be handy to know beforehand, this VU changed 1 thing for starters:

    Today I talked to a brand new player, who was stuck in the start room because of not knowing this.
    Just a heads up. ;)

    GL in getting re-born on Arkadia, it's a great planet to begin (again).

    one of my machines I had to uninstall entropia and reinstall before it worked again.

    other machine is fine

    A friend has exactly the same problem. Last time he was online right before the VU hunting around Quarry (he's quite new and has no GC), and ever since VU he gets "Timeout".


    • He can't login on my machine/client either; I have no problems
    • He has his email verified
    • Were done cleaning of shaders and repair and full reinstall of the client
    • Launching the game from Administrator
    • Support moved him to Quarry, then to another Ark area

    No luck so far. Last word from support was they send his case to tech team.

    Im having the same problem right now and i cant login to my avatar having this message "An Internal Error has occurred" when I try to log in and when i send the support message to Arkadia Planet support portal it seems like it doesn't send

    i just tried loging in again after i cleared shader cache and its working again :)

    nvm fixed it by reseting settings.

    I have same problem of timeout has occurred... And there is nothing I can do to fix it... I've tried everything... The support team tried moving... resetting login cache... theyre stumped... It all started with last week's patch

    Once I've clicked on 'Login' it says 'Connecting' then 'Authorizing' Then 'Loading' and then the Quoted Error.

    No words from support for my friend for 3 days. Today's server restart haven't fixed anything.
    They're risking to lose a future serious player, and I'm risking to lose a bunch of cool stuff I loaned to him :(

    Interesting that it works for me and doesn't work for him on both his and mine PCs, so it's definitely a server-side problem.
