OK this was mentioned to David during his AHR interview and he mentioned that stuff like this should be posted in here, so her it is. So far I (and I guess everybody) have not looted ANY leather extractors on Arkadia. So I think that some how this is not in the loot pool for Arkadia. It would be nice to have since my animal hides are piling up in need to be made into textures.
It will be a good thing now though. That way you can craft the stuff when the texture BPs for Arkadia are out. Maybe even next week as he said in the interview. Fingers crossed.
