Time to time an (L) item in the Game is required to have Full TT. I'd like to propose that a mechanism be introduced where a Player can repair an (L) item for perhaps triple the cost that is lacking from the items TT value. It has to be quadruple or more so as not to affect the Mu of other (L) items like Armor pieces There are so many ways that this mechanism could be introduced; but I shall refrain from going down that rabbit hole.
