It takes as long as it takes so there's no point trying to push but MA are notoriously slow at this sort of this thing. It's actually not that difficult to load logs into a searchable database and check for key activations between time 1 and time 2. I absolutely understand why people get pissed off at the lengthy delay but watcha gonna do? And really there is nothing that Ark Devs can report.

As for the replacement event, well I am not to too interested in that until this situation gets resolved as that will help fund my participation.

Personally, I appreciate the bumps to this thread by the players. I am watching this thread but do not have too much time to log in these days between the end of the semester and job searching, so the periodic notifications from the players that reimbursements haven't happened and the eventual notification (hopefully) when they do happen are nice.

Edit: As an aside, I definitely agree that they shouldn't run the event without fixing this first.

Just logged in and got message that I received compensation. It was in peds coins in my inventory not my ped card.

Glad that this was resolved, and everyone got their Keys reimbursed.
Slightly ironic that there were very frequent posts to ask and/or demand communication, but not many bother to communicate themselves after the fact.
All is well that ends well, right?
