    Mindark is handling the refund process. Ark team has nothing to do with it at this point. I am sure they are working behind the scenes to keep them on target. I am a little disappointed that you would think that the Arkadia team would just stall until we forgot about the PEDs.

    I was frustrated when i wrote this and i apologize if anyone felt bad. I know that MA is the one who will refund us, but imo we already should recive ANY information (estimated time).

    I have no doubt that we'll get it...eventually. It's just frustrating to not hear anything. Oh well, I graduate in 7 weeks and have 5 classes this semester so it's not like I don't have things to do.

    If I buy a piece of meet in the store and come home to find its rotten, I would never accept the store saying that their supplier had made a misstake. In this very case arkadia made an apology (so I assume its their fault) and Im waiting on a consciderable amount of peds and to just keep us hanging without an update regarding the time is close to rude.

    Id accept to wait half a year if that is what they said, but to briefly say a few weeks and then nothing more makes people frustrated.

    Id be very happy for a more firm timeplan if possible, and superhappy for a new event aswell :)

    The only thing I really don't understand is the lack of communication from Arkadia Team...

    I can understand that it's not up to them, I can understand that this may take time, but I can't understand how people keep asking questions here day after day and they can just ignore them and give us no answer back... even if just a diplomatic one saying nothing like "we are terribly sorry for the delay, we are in constant touch with MA and we hope to solve this as soon as possible; we'll keep you updated as soon as we know more".

    As you might have suspected we've been working on getting this thing sorted, so we appreciate the confidence in us to get this straightened out and given us time to work it out with MindArk.
    I still can't tell you a definite date when it will be payed out, but it shouldn't be too long now until you all receive your compensation (PED) for the keys you've used since the update in December 2014 until we closed the Aakas instances after the Gold Rush event.

    I understand that the reimbursements are handled by MindArk and not Arkadia Team so they can't do more than just eventually keep pressing MindArk to handle them.

    Yet, there is one thing which I think depends only about Arkadia Team, which was promised and about which we still have no news about:

    Soooo, devs... when the new event? :D

    There is no doubt still calculations to be made regarding the compensations for players.

    Lets say theoretically they need to look at all the people that have been on Arkadia during the event, then check which have been to Aakas, followed by checking each person how many runs they did and then which.

    No one knows how that data looks like and how it is retrieved. I agree it is taking a hell of a lot of time, but all we can do is trust the A-team on their word that the players get compensated. In the end, it is MA's fault and their job to work the compensation department. Every one knows they are slow.

    I have the feeling every one seems to be waiting for answers from the A-team, and blaming them. I know this is a money issue, and I do believe the A-team is just as pissed and annoyed at/with MA over this matter.

    All we can do is wait and I don't want to offend anyone but it's starting to irritate me that this post gets bumped up every so often by people that want to let the whole community 'vocally' know they are still waiting. I think the A-team is fully aware people are waiting to get their money/peds back.

    I have complete trust in A-team and I know that this must be bugging A-team a lot.

    But information and communication is really important and to communicate that there is no new information is better than not communicate at all.. maybe it's just me but that's my philosophy...

    When there are close to two months since the original post (without three days) and 18 days 'till the last (and only) subsequent official message, yeah, I think I can safely say that while Ark Team may not have any direct influence over the reimbursing process, they are definitely doing a terrible job in terms of communication...

    Personally I don't have to be reimbursed with any money since I was not even here when this thing happened, still I do sympathize with people that have to be reimbursed and I hate to see how things are just procrastinating; wonder if we would owe MA / Ark Team money (as in a payment not being cleared by PayPal / our bank / etc) if they would be just as relaxed and show same patience we are asked to have...

    Also, once again, would love to hear more about the "compensation event" which was announced for March. :)
