I hear ya The aim of the game design is that it has as much a sense of realism as we can provide. So, this translates as we will not be covering 100% of the planet in creatures. I've also been working hard to make mining interesting from a visual perspective, so a miner who sets off from a TP can mine their way to the next TP and experience some really interesting scenery along the way, whilst at the same time not being required to scale giant mountains. Turns out this planet that was discovered (Arkadia) has really nice wide valleys in many parts, set between stunning high peaks. You can expect to see some of the most stunning scenery ever experienced in any computer game.
