    Well gl getting rid of it again. Might be the wrong place though since ppl here will have other things than space to worry about I think. :p

    Nope. I`ve owned it since 2007 actually.

    I`ve had a selling thread last year but I didn`t know deeds were untradeable at the time, so I had to suspend it.
