Can anybody explain me how can I redeem those certificates. I did send e-mail to arkadiastudios, I did write private message to Cyrus, nothing works, and no answers. What do I do wrong? Is there anybody else who have already redeemed glasses and can help me with it?
Send a PM to Chris instead as he's taking over the responsibilities after Cyrus, and I'm sure he will help you out. I let him know you were asking too so probably wont take long until you get it sorted
