Other Graduation - "Could not execute - please try again" and now nothing happens

Hi,

im ready to graduate but when i rated my mentor i got the message "could not execute please try again" and nothing happened.

When I relog now I can rate my mentor again and after that I get a window telling me that I graduated and can take own disciples now but nothing happens.

When I relog I can rate my mentor again....

I am at 100% skills
I did all 3 achievements (hunting, mining crafting)

Need some help here.

 

Yeah i am in the same boat, I think its affecting lots of ppl.

I have sent supports about it and had the "oh we didnt know" reply followed by the "sorry u just gotta wait until its fixed"
My last message asked what was happening, is it being worked on or is it in a queue.... for some reason support has stopped replying to me now :soangry:

 

Its their summer break time so they have skeleton crew happens every year

tried again today, the window that i graduated did not pop up but that "could not execute" message appeared again.

as if something changed over night.

unluckyly i started to rate with 5 stars again like last time.

will try tomorrow again with a lower amount of stars.

maybe that helps and we have a bug in the rating system or such.

 

it still wont work no matter how much stars i rate.

i keept hunting to get more skills but didnt help either.

filed a support now.
