lol, I have been waiting for months for him to respond to me regarding another issue.

 

This looks dumb for new players with credit cards attached to their game account.

Doesn't arkadia have any support, where you can get your answers in like 24 hours as any other respectable business? Unless it's a mechanics secret that they're not allowed to share with the players, they should be a lot more open with their customers. We already know how the pints are calculated, then why not give us the actual results for everyone.

I.e.: here are the winners, and here's how everyone else did... link to a spreadsheet.

Not to mention that this info should be available live in game for every player regarding their progress towards the mission (in the mission details for example)

At first glance this planet (which is beautiful, well thought out, populated by warm and chatty people), seems to be run by some very shady and incompetent people.

Arkadia staff please step up, hire some actual community management and support people, and actually care about your customers if you want to generate any income for actually providing a good product and not from capitalizing on people's obsessions and addictiveness of the game. Run your business like a business and not like a favor for the customer. It's not a privilege for us to play on your planet, it's a choice.

 

Agree, my friend, but it shouldn't be like this. Customer Service should always be king if you expect to have a long profitable business venture. Arkadia has always been a stand out planet, but this is not too good a showing for them.

 

GL with that...I hope he replies to someone but Im not holding my breath.

 

Anyone know if prizes have been awarded for Gold Rush 5? We are almost ready for Gold Rush 6, looking forward to it.
