It doesn't matter what the absolute number of tokens is, only your relative harvest compared to other players determines your chance to win. There were complaints that the TT value of the tokens is not redeemable, so fewer of them actually gives you a better return on your loot overall by a few pecs. At least this is my best guess as to why it was made so.
The absolute number of tokens does matter because I like skill pills. I tried one session and it seemed better than 3/7
I found a murgag patriarch, what made it spawn and how dose that work? I didn't see one my first 2 hours but one spawned the next time.
Right... This slipped my mind. But it yields another theory that it may have been nerfed because of that, if the balance manager deemed it was too good. From about 1:30 to 1:45 hours in instance you can look out for him at the lagoon (coords 250,150). There is no specific action to take. This info was repeated several times in earlier GR threads and is easy to search for.
https://www.twitch.tv/gnaarhouse starting again in about 30 minutes. Streaming. FYI. Arkoin loot wave is on the hour between 40-50 last minutes of the hour
Looted a 5k token, but it hasnt updated my mission total, how will the ark team ensure the tallies are correct?
have you got the old mission still active? that seems to be the cause of the problem. See here http://arkadiaforum.com/threads/4-7-gr-mission-broke-5k-token-didnt-count.13997/#post-105898
Yeah, I deliberately got them all after reading the OP "You will need to obtain the "Gold Rush Category 1 - 4/7* (2, 3, 4)". So, i'm not sure if that means for the points i've gathered so far.
This is a misunderstanding. You need to get the latest mission each round, but abandon all previous ones (see emphasized instruction further down in OP). E.g. right now, you need to get the 4/7 mission, but abandon 1/7, 2/7 and/or 3/7 in case you still have any of these active. Otherwise there will be confusion and points not correctly credited. There may still be possible confusion over the category and the chapter number, since we're in chapter 4 right now... The devs must be pulling their hair out over it by now how to word it fool-proof. But why the hell is it so difficult to just remove the expired missions from the NPC dialog? (Including the ones from 2015 still lingering in the IFN terminal, duh.) Just push an update the following tuesday, if not possible to do remotely. Does MA demand thousands in payment every time or is there another reason? Failing everything, does the mission logic not permit to make them at least mutually exclusive?
