Yes indeed, there is a Catwalk. Take a stroll in the frozen tundra just west of the Artic Ruins, you'll have a Catwalk alright.

A catwalk would not fit in with the story very much, at least now right now. We just landed on Arkadia and are still exploring and fighting off the Oratans. I'm guessing that soon the museum will be online and maybe after a while even a catwalk will be on the planet.
