Reasons why ppl stuck at Outposts and Revivals are mentioned already in this thread. I (and most of you to) know a location on Amethera where this could not happen. Treasure Island. I think the design of TI (revival placement) is a good example how to create a LA system which don't have such problems. To prevent such situations for new players, it would be a good idea to take the TI System as an example. David, you are right. Nobody wants a delay caused by implementing an ingame system described in my OP.
