Downloading problem

    have you tried to reset your dsl modem? it be good if you can do that. dsl signal will syncronise then new.

    when connection is still not good after that i recommend to call your ISP.

    when you call them is important to not tell them that the internet is not working.
    cause they will look and see a connection and make nothing then.

    when you call them, tell them that the quality of your connection is not good, that it hold still sometimes.

    they will do other check then instead looking if the signal is there.

    on dsl is also important that the cables between the socket on your wall and the dsl modem are as short as can be. all cable infront the dsl modem have influence on the signal.

    from the dsl modem to the router is no matter then.
