Can't change the pathway into the store as part of the storefront customization, we'll look into that as a change for everyone in the future. The pathway is there to give the store time to load up items inside, so if we make it too short visitors to the shop get more delay. But it is on the list to be reviewed.

If shops where instances instead of part of the server they are in, wouldnt they load quickly and have less lag?
Thats a bit more complicated then you think it is. It will be less laggy but will require entry and exit loading, the entry loading will likely be fast but the exit loading is where it will take considerable time to load. I'm also not quite sure the system can support a player owned shop in a Dynamic area as it functions quite differently to regular server area's. The reason why it will take considerable time to load up after exiting a shop if its set as dynamic is you will have to reload all the terrain / buildings and whatever else is in viewing distance every time you exit a shop instead of having it saved in RAM. Some of the items does unload as you enter a shop but its only possible on certain types of items.
