Good to hear your reading lots. One of the biggest advantages i got in Entropia back almost 8 years ago was that i couldn't play for 2 months. had to save up to upgrade my computer and i took those 2 months to read everything about how the game works. I had a really great start because of that. So i recommend reading and learning especially before you put any of your own money in. Take your time. explore ask lots of questions. I have a lot of questions, but I'm trying to find answers to them on my own before I burden anyone with them; I don't want to be a beggar, and half of the fun in any game (for me anyway) is discovering something. I ran into Milena at one of the firebases, and she took me for a ride in her chopper...it was quite awesome for a guy in his second day of existence in the game and on Arkadia. I've already made a deposit of $15(USD), and I've become quite enamored with mining. I like it. I've read some of the guides on mining, but most of them seem geared toward folks who have been playing for a while and know all of the terminology. I guess one question I have is this: Is there a place where all of the acronyms used in EU are listed? I've gotten a fair amount of them down (took me a while to realize that MA was MindArk =/ ), but there are still a bunch out there that i have to look up, and the guides I've looked through don't have sections on acronyms... Thanks again for all the guidance and directions you folks have shown me thus far - I think I made the right choice by starting my EU life on Arkadia.
