Hello everyone,

As the title says, I am selling 3 apartments on Arkadia each including roof space and +50 Item Points.

LOCATION:
* Celeste North 14, Floor 6 + Floor 7 (roof). - SOLD
* Sanctuary Cove 1, Floor 2 + Floor 3 (roof). - POSTPONED (until I find a shop on Ark)
* Sanctuary Cove 6, Floor 2 + Floor 3 (roof). - SOLD

DETAILS:
* Each apartment has 120 IPs (Item Points) +50 IPs more because you would own the roof aswell, so each deed has 170 IPs total.
* Apartments on Arkadia go for 1.700 PED without roof, so because of the extra +50 IPs, and extra space, I would estimate them arround 2.400 PED.

PRICE:
* SB: 2.400 PED (After first bid, a 72 hours period will be applied to give other players the oportunity to bid).
* BO: 3.000 PED.
* I accept AUDs, CLDs or PED.

* In Celeste North 14, Floor 6, you can check all the furniture im selling aside the penthouses. If you buy all (TT +380), I will sell for TT +250 PED everything u see in the apartment.

Would swap one with roof for one in Celeste South Nº 4 + difference if not a penthouse.

 

Since there were no bids, I decided to keep Sanctuary Cove Nº 1 Penthouse until I find a shop on Arkadia, or an apartment in Celeste South Nº 4.

Celeste North Nº 14 Penthouse is still for sale, same as all the furniture inside.
