(Close Thread please) 2 Apartments + Roof @Ark

Hello everyone,

I decided to sell both of my apartments for the best offer before Christmas.

Location:
* Celeste North 7 and 11 (Level 6 + Level 7 / both). * [30009, 10250, 159] *
* It is in the center of all buildings which is nice because you have all shops close.
* Recommend to have a look by air and see the connection both roofs have, as you can see in the images.

Details:
* Each apartment has 120 IP (Item points) +50 IP more because you would own the roof aswell.

Price:
* Apartments on Arkadia go for 1.500 without roof, so because of the extra +50 IP that would estimate them arround 2.125 Ped each, but since they are both connected through the roof I prefer to sell them as a bundle, maybe someone wants to share roof with his friend, business partner, wife or has an aswesome idea how to exploit that on his/her own.
* Apartments on Arkadia sell on very rare ocasions, and with roof even rarer, but 2 apartments which have both roofs conected on the same building thats a unique ocasion, so please take in consideration before offering.
