It's not a bug, since nothing is bugged pe ser, if you are determined to move it, maybe to a section for questions to developers.
With the next update we'll look to add Society terminals and technicians into the area. The two auctions is not by accident, quite often the auction terminal can get very crowded so there is benefit to having multiple in a busy location.
Yep once CH is a thriving trading town 2 auction terminals would be an advantage. I kind of like the look of how you did the terminals in that town instead of just going the easy road and building a wall and slapping the terminals around it like in twin so please if you change it keep the look atleast
