Support bad support?

    im new here to forums so hi everyone!

    i have a question

    i know that MA is slow

    but slow in support?

    i have sent in a support case and it has gone 20 DAYS and they have not answered?

    please tell me if this is usual

    they should answer in 48 hours but maybe your question is very difficult ?

    You can always go to entropiaforum.com and ask the question there in the mindark section. They have a someone there answering questions.
    But to answer yours, i usually get response within 24 hours.

    the funny thing is and i diddnt mention it before but i called mindark 3 days ago and they said they will contact support and tell them to answer me but... nope no anwer yet

    also i will tell here when i will get answered just to check

    Support is linked to each planet. Being 20 days says it's a support case about another planet. If it ever happens with an Arkadian related case, I'd want to know well before 20 days is up.

    Was it a support case about Arkadia or Calypso? If it was about Arkadia my guess is that they didnt answer because the planet hadnt been opened when you filed the case.

    On Calypso they forgot my support case for a month and gave me a apology inside the support case.... That made me pissed off since they made me lose peds, time and REPUTATION because of a mistake they did... That made me lose a lot of trust into the support section of Calypso.... What they did was they used my avatar name to take the blame out of some huge scam that had been going around... I told them to check their logs that I never have or never will have anything to do with the scam and they noticed that I was far from being involved.. They changed my avatarname for the THIRD TIME. Changing it ONCE (apart from removing your IRL name from the avatar name) is even against the terms of use.. Thanks to them, I have 3 different names on the tracker, 3 different names on all my globals and 3 different names on forums. lol


    You can see all my earlier avatar names on my profile side, album section on globals :)


    Keep in mind this is ONE avatar with THREE completely different names... I have only had one active account at a time, always. :)

    Rather than sending in support cases about things in Arkadia, for the moment it would be preferable to voice them in the forum. You can be assured that David and the dev team will see them. I'm sure David mentioned this in another thread somewhere but I can't find it just now.

    We have an area under "Developer Feedback" for this already set up :)

    also the last one i will make there because after the support case is done then im off to arkadia!

    At this point...(actually after the3rd day) I would not expect any answer from them. Mindark has the worst track record for support in the entire history of the gaming world. IF you are lucky enough to get any answer 90% of the time it is a prescripted copy paste text that has been used many times in the past. Post your question here and I can garantee someone can point you to the correct copy paste responce long before it comes from MA.

    well they have answered and they told me that they have unlocked my account but when i try to login it says its still locked

    I think those med's are Nespresso. :D

    Anyway, I gave up on Calypso support a long time ago.
    I don't bother anymore to file a support case there since you only get the same copy / paste reply everytime.
    "forwarded it to the responsible team etc, etc, etc"
    And no solution given what so ever.
