I'd love to get a booth but I know the prices will be completely out of my reach. If anyone's going to buy a booth and NOT use it well, I have a feeling they're going to end up on a lot of people's blacklists

 

What's the current price ATM? Out of game..

Considering who's advising not to try to get a booth, it'll be interesting to see who the bidders are for these things. Over the weekend there were a couple of people acquaintances over from Caly hanging around the Quarry whom I never expected to see here. Scouting out the location for a soc booth perhaps?

Seriously, if you believe in Arkadia and the long-term viability of this planet, and if you have the peds, give it a shot. Sure, at 20 items max per booth it'll take a while, a good while, to recoup your investment. But, if you DO believe, it may be worth it. Initially, at least, the items that will sell will probably be noob stuff and lower tt crafted stuff. But, as the planet developes and the player base begins to prosper, the higher tt items should sell too. Who knows what the developers have planned for this area. Its for lower level players now, but only David, Cyrus, and the dev team know what the future will bring.

just remember shops will be out soon, and these are 20 items only.... i'm hopeful the out of towner's will not abuse the AU price... if it will take you 10 years to pay for for a 20 item booth, you were a fool in paying that much... I wont name names..... but there were shops on NI that got stupidly high AU results, and the players are paying the price now. This is a better planet by 1000000X, and I cannot see the same results here, But there are tons of medium lvl players that want a slice. with the release of the bigger shops, the older players can sit back, bide their time, and let the little guy have a good investment to keep him interested in the game.
